Our region is rich in genuine traditions handed down from generation to generation.

 
Take for example, the Vicenza province, an ancient agricultural land, which is remarkable in the production of high quality wines and many other products, many of them as valuable to have obtained the DOP certification (it means "Protected Origin Brand")
 
From wine (3 certified typic brands only in the Vicenza province), cherries (in Marostica and Castegnero), early peas in Lumignano, Asiago cheese, asparagus of Bassano, and many others. It's impossible to report here a complete list of specialities produced in our area.

 
This whole production, combined with the ancient traditions, have given rise to a large number of events, many of which are a veritable feast ...
 
And then the recipes : who doesn't know the "Baccala alla Vicentina" (Stockfish made in Vicenza's way) refined recipe known everywhere?
 
We can recommend the best restaurants, which provide more accurate selection of raw materials, and a careful restoration of the ancient methods of preparation of the dishes.
 
We also propose visits to wineries, located in beautiful natural landscapes, and sometimes close to important Venetian Villas. 
The visits of course include the tasting of a good glass of wine accompanied, if you wish, by a good cheese or sausage.
The cellars selected by us also include the didactic vineyard, and the manufacturer will explain the secrets of the wine production.
